What We Are
Health Not Hustle was built by founder Adrienne Ruzic, who began her career in performance-based fitness and spent the next twenty years going progressively deeper — into bodywork, chronic pain, health coaching, yoga, somatic movement, and eventually here. Learning how the body holds, where it hides, what it's actually saying underneath the story the mind tells about it. That lineage is in everything we do here, even when no one's touching you.
We're not a gym. We're not a spa. We're not a wellness brand trying to sell you a better version of hustle.
We're a school — built around one idea: that your body already knows how to heal. It's been trying to this whole time. What it needs isn't more optimization. It needs permission to finish what it started — and someone in its corner while it does.
Everything we offer is designed around that. The education, the movement, the energy work, the support, the framework. Different doors into the same house. All of them leading back to the version of you that's been waiting patiently all this time.
We built the Vitality Web because most wellness systems pick a lane — nervous system or finances, body or spirit — while the rest of you quietly unravels or goes into overdrive trying to keep up. Ours doesn't. Thirteen facets, one whole life — and a lot more of yourself than you expected to find.
